I just joined up to Michelle Brigdes 12 week total body transformation. I also started this blog as a way of recording my journey and by writing it down - being accountable. I decided I needed to do something different as past attempts haven't been working and my motivation keeps failing, I keep failing

A few years ago I lost 30kg, and it has all come back on again and I want it gone for good!
This program was recommended to me by a friend, who had a friend who did really well on it and we have both joined up. I hope we can support and encourage each other, and get good and lasting results. We went to the gym this morning, and did a pump class - wow it really hurt! I know we are both going to be feeling it tomorrow. But that is ok, I feel good about taking that hurt as it is a reminder that I did something good for myself.
The diet officially starts on the 12th of September. I hope that with starting with the gym, both of us can give ourselves a bit of a headstart.
